Lengow buys DAILY&CO: what it may mean for seller renewal costs

Lengow has published no price change and no deal value for its acquisition of DAILY&CO. Renewal terms are where any cost change would show up first, and the renewal details come from a single third-party review.

Lengow, a Paris-based e-commerce automation platform, announced on 28 October 2026 that it has acquired DAILY&CO, a Lisbon provider of marketplace integration and distribution services2. The companies have not released financial details1. Completion remains subject to customary conditions and approvals2. We found no published price change for any Lengow plan or module, so on the public record a small seller’s current cost has not changed. Our analysis: what may change is the bundle, and renewal terms are where that would show up first.

Note on audience: the Lengow release is written for brands and retailers. It describes brands that “lack the resources, time or seller accounts to sell on marketplaces”2. Small sellers are not its stated target, so its language about managed services may not describe the product a small seller buys.

What Lengow actually announced

Lengow was founded in 2009 and describes itself as providing “AI-powered feed management, global price monitoring and data tools”2. It says it connects more than 3,600 customers to thousands of advertising channels and marketplaces in over 60 countries2.

DAILY&CO runs marketplace sales for brands and manufacturers across more than 40 marketplaces in Europe and North America2. Its own website gives a higher figure, describing “45+ distribution channels” across Europe, the USA, Canada and Mexico3. DAILY&CO offers catalogue managed services2, and its listed services include end-consumer invoicing3.

Lengow’s release describes an outsourcing offer in the present tense: brands “can fully outsource the channel to Lengow, from product data management to customer invoicing”2. Ecommerce News reports that, as a result of the acquisition, Lengow can offer catalogue management services1. DAILY&CO’s founder, François Nieuwlaet, said “our team has worked with Lengow’s technology for years”2. DAILY&CO describes itself as a certified Lengow agency3.

What has not been disclosed

The companies have not released financial details, including the deal value1. Neither company has said how DAILY&CO’s services will be priced inside Lengow’s plans.

Lengow does not publish prices. A third-party review says its pricing page lists three plans, Essential, Pro and Scale, and that customers build a stack of modules priced by unit5. To get a price, you request a quote or book a demo5. That review is the only public source we found on renewal terms, so treat it as a secondary account.

Does the deal change what a small seller pays?

On the published sources, the answer is not yet. The sources describe a change in what Lengow offers, not in what it charges. As described by the third-party review, pricing is per unit: NetMarkets “per sales channel,” NetAmplify “per advertising feed,” and NetRivals and NetMonitor “per site monitored”5.

The Shopify app listing says the app is “Free to install” and that “To use the app, you need a separate Lengow subscription. Billing is managed directly by Lengow, outside of Shopify”4. It also states that “All charges are billed in USD”4 and that “External charges may be billed by Lengow separately from your Shopify invoice”4.

Marketplace commissions are a separate cost, and the sources do not cover them. Our analysis: commissions are set by each marketplace, so this acquisition is unlikely to change them directly.

What this means: three scenarios (our analysis)

This section is our interpretation, not reporting.

We see three ways the deal could affect a small seller at renewal:

  • No change. The current quote and terms continue, and the visible change is the added managed services.
  • Bundling. Modules are combined or repriced at renewal. A seller who pays for one feed or one channel could find the metering unit changes.
  • Consolidation. Fewer vendors and one renewal date, possibly with a higher minimum commitment for small accounts.

The seller most exposed is probably one who already works with Lengow through DAILY&CO as an agency, since that contract may be moved onto Lengow’s own paper. That is an inference from the announcements, not something either company has said.

What to check before renewing

We recommend taking the following steps in a renewal call or by email. They are our advice, not requirements from any source.

Four-step diagram showing how a seller should check a Lengow renewal before the notice deadline
Four steps to check before a Lengow renewal: get the quote, confirm the metering unit, confirm the notice period, and confirm exit rights.
  1. Get the current quote broken down by core licence and module.
  2. Confirm the metering unit and currency.
  3. Confirm the auto-renewal term and notice period in writing.
  4. Confirm price-increase caps, data export and exit rights.

Also ask:

  • Whether managed services are optional and priced separately.
  • Whether any charges will be billed outside the main invoice, given the Shopify listing’s warning4.
  • Whether your invoicing entity, support contact or data-processing terms change.
  • Whether any DAILY&CO service is being migrated, changed or ended.

On renewal, a third-party review summarises Lengow’s general terms as saying contracts “renew automatically for the same term unless one party ends them”, that notice must be sent “no later than 60 days before the end of the current contract period”, and that if notice is late, “prices increase by a flat 5% at renewal”5. The same review says the terms allow Lengow to “permanently delete all catalog data from the 30th day after the agreement is terminated”5.

Illustrative arithmetic only, not a figure from any source: if a contract ends on 31 March 2027, notice would need to arrive by 30 January 2027.

Check these terms against your own signed contract, not a review.

What to watch next

  • A published Lengow or DAILY&CO pricing page, or a customer notice about changes.
  • Completion of the deal and any statement on how the two businesses will be integrated.
  • Changes to the Lengow Shopify app listing, especially its metering or billing text4.
  • Renewal quotes that customers report after a change.
  • Any published financial terms, which would show whether the deal is priced into customer plans.

Questions readers ask

Has Lengow changed its prices after the DAILY&CO acquisition?

We found no published price change for any Lengow plan or module, so on the public record a small seller's current cost has not changed1,2. Lengow does not publish prices, so a quote is needed to confirm what you pay5.

What renewal terms should a Lengow seller check?

A third-party review reports that contracts renew automatically unless ended, that notice must come no later than 60 days before the period ends, and that late notice brings a flat 5% price rise5. Check these against your own signed contract, not the review.

Will the deal change marketplace commissions?

The sources do not cover marketplace commissions. Our analysis is that each marketplace sets its own commissions, so the acquisition is unlikely to change them directly1.

How much did Lengow pay for DAILY&CO?

The companies have not released financial details, including the deal value1.
